Welcome to ICAS3031A Provide advice to clients. In this unit you’ll develop your skills for supporting your clients, and communicating with them in order to help solve their technical problems or to provide training.
You’ll do five tasks for a company called Solutions R Us, which will allow you to demonstrate your skills and knowledge in providing advice to clients. To do these tasks you’ll need to be able to:
- Analyse client support issues.
- Provide advice on software, hardware or network.
- Obtain client feedback.
